re{Fresh} Wellness Course
A course designed to jumpstart your journey towards healthier living!
The re{Fresh} Wellness Course is designed to give you a holistic view of your health, while providing simple steps to take to increase energy, maintain a healthy weight and jumpstart healthier living from the inside out. This course allows for a simple solution to increase health and happiness in and out of the workplace!
This course includes six modules that can be done at your own pace focusing on: nutrition, time management, emotional wellness and healthy behavioral patterns to set you up for healthy success.
Your Instructor
Carly Ferguson is a Health Coach whose mission is to guide busy people towards healthy, sustainable lifestyle behaviors to be able to re{Fuel} for Life. She believes that what we choose to fuel our body, mind and soul with ultimately affects how we feel and function. Her passion for using foods as a way to fuel the body, combined with the expert knowledge she has gained through continuing education allows her to take a holistic approach towards health and wellness as it relates to the unique individual.
